My beloved grandmother always owned and often wore red shoes (no matter the outfit or the occasion). As I was transitioning my skills into this new chapter of senior services, thoughts of her red shoes brought to mind The Wizard of Oz and Dorothy’s timeless sentiment: "There’s no place like home."
